Sal graduated from Bates College, Lewiston ME; law degree from McGeorge School of Law in CA; Masters in Environmental Law from VT Law School; practicing lawyer since 1977, Environmental Law concentration; history of CA state and federal criminal and civil  prosecutor and for the last 15 years the director of the enforcement division at the VT Agency of Natural Resources; in my 7th year on the Waitsfield Selectboard; stage performer at the Valley Players; men's senior hardball league; dedicated to cause of rescued greyhounds; avid hiker and reader; 15 year resident; love this place.
